family. My writing was very personal at first... something that helped me navigate the world around
me. I wrote short stories, poems and even raps! But it wasn't until high school that I allowed others
to see my writing. I submitted a short story in a creative writing contest and I won!
But even with that little achievement, I never expected my writing to become a major part of my life.
